概述
「AI画质批量修复」（以下简称“本应用”）非常重视您的隐私。本应用的全部图片处理均在您的设备本地完成，不联网、不上传、不收集任何个人信息。
我们收集的信息
我们不收集任何信息。本应用：
- 不收集、不存储、不上传您的任何个人信息；
- 不收集设备标识符、位置信息或使用统计；
- 不包含任何第三方分析、广告或追踪 SDK；
- 不进行任何网络请求。
照片的使用
- 本应用需要访问您的相册，仅用于读取您主动选择的、需要修复画质或上色的图片。
- 所有图片处理（AI 盲降噪、去除噪点与压缩伪影、老照片自动上色等）全部在您的设备本地通过设备端 AI 模型完成。
- 处理后的图片仅在您主动点击"保存"时写回您的相册。
- 您的图片不会被发送到任何服务器，也不会被本应用以任何形式留存或共享。
人脸数据
本应用不进行任何人脸检测、人脸识别或面部特征提取，也不收集、存储、使用或共享任何人脸数据。降噪为整图盲降噪，上色仅为整图补全色彩、不改动五官与构图；全程在您的设备本地完成，不针对人脸做任何分析或特殊处理。
购买与恢复
本应用的降噪功能免费。上色等高级功能由 ClarityAI Pro 一次性买断内购解锁（非订阅、无自动续费，含后续新增功能），通过 Apple App 内购买完成，本应用不接触您的支付信息。您可随时通过付费页的"恢复购买"在同一 Apple ID 下恢复已购权益。
第三方服务
本应用不向任何第三方（包括任何第三方 AI 服务）发送、共享您的图片或个人数据。所有 AI 处理均由设备端的 Apple CoreML 模型在本地完成，不依赖任何云端或第三方推理服务。
数据安全
由于本应用不进行任何数据传输，您的图片和信息始终保留在您的设备上，处于 iOS 系统的安全保护之下。
儿童隐私
本应用不面向 13 周岁以下儿童，也不会有意收集任何儿童的个人信息。

Overview
AI Photo Restore (“the App”) respects your privacy. All image processing is performed entirely on your device. The App does not connect to the internet, upload data, or collect any personal information.
Information We Collect
We collect nothing. The App:
- Does not collect, store, or upload any personal information;
- Does not collect device identifiers, location, or usage analytics;
- Contains no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs;
- Makes no network requests whatsoever.
Use of Photos
- The App requests photo library access solely to read the images you actively select for quality restoration or colorization.
- All image processing (AI blind denoising, removal of noise and compression artifacts, automatic photo colorization, etc.) is performed locally on your device using an on-device AI model.
- Processed images are written back to your photo library only when you explicitly tap "Save".
- Your images are never transmitted to any server, nor retained or shared by the App in any form.
Face Data
The App does not perform any face detection, face recognition, or facial feature extraction, and does not collect, store, use, or share any face data. Denoising is whole-image blind denoising; colorization only fills in color across the whole image and never alters facial features or composition. All processing runs entirely on your device and never analyzes or specially handles faces.
Purchases and Restore
Denoising is free. Premium features such as colorization are unlocked by a one-time ClarityAI Pro purchase (non-subscription, no auto-renewal, including future additions) completed through Apple in-app purchase; the App never handles your payment information. You can restore a prior purchase at any time via "Restore Purchases" on the paywall under the same Apple ID.
Third-Party Services
The App does not send or share your images or personal data with any third party, including any third-party AI service. All AI processing is performed locally by an on-device Apple CoreML model and does not rely on any cloud or third-party inference service.
Data Security
Because the App performs no data transmission, your images and information always remain on your device under the protection of iOS.
Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect any personal information from children.

If this policy changes, we will post the revised version on this page and update the “Last updated” date.
